XMAS Fruit & Nut Fudge

This recipe is in collaboration with my friends at Power Super Foods, a beautiful brand with certified organic, sustainable and
healthy super foods!

With Christmas around the corner I just had to develop a recipe like this delicious xmas fudge for you to enjoy. This Christmas bark features some golden berries (Inca berries), goji berries and cacao nibs frothier nutritional benefits and colourful display!

Xmas Fruit & Nut Fudge
 

Servings: 10

Ingredients

½ cup Cacao Butter
½ cup Cacao Powder
½ cup Nut/Seed Butter (I used Peanut Butter)
¼ cup Maple Syrup
Pinch Salt
1 cup Fruit & Nuts (I used goldenberries, goji berries, cacao nibs, almonds and pistachios)

Method

1.     Melt cacao butter in a small saucepan.

2.     Add cacao powder, nut/seed butter, maple syrup and pinch of salt. Stir until combined and turn off the heat.

5.     Stir through fruit and nut mix.

6.     Pour mixture into moulds or a large container, sprinkle with additional fruit and nuts. Place in refrigerator.  

7.     Once set, cut into squares or grab as you desire. Enjoy!
