The meal plan is centred around plants and does contain meat and seafood, however, vegetarian/vegan substitutes are provided in all recipes.

What's involved?

The two-week program involves eliminating Caffeine, Gluten, Dairy, Refined Sugar & Alcohol. This allows the body to naturally reduce inflammation & efficiently eliminate toxins.
Don’t worry we can reintroduce these after 2 weeks!

Do I have to be a good cook?

Not at all! I’ve made these recipes super simple with a focus on natural wholefoods. Trust me, I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen either, these meals are quick and easy. They are designed this way in hopes that they will become staple recipes in your household.

Are the meals family friendly?

Yes! I bet you will end up with some new family favourites! This is absolutely a meal plan that can be completed by the whole family. If you have any fussy little eaters, you can simply use the Food Substitution list to swap ingredients out, but I do recommend persisting and allowing them to become more accustomed to certain flavours
