Is Low Tox Eating Expensive?

I would argue it actually makes shopping a lot cheaper and simpler. Once you rid your shopping cart of all the junk, you are left with only real food and good quality products.

Is this relevant for people outside of Australia?

Yes! This can be applicable to everyone and anyone. I do recommend some Australian products throughout the program, but most of all I arm you with the tools to know exactly what you should be looking out for in your shopping.

What if I'm really busy?

This is a time investment you want to make! You will need to set aside a couple of hours each week to get through the content. The activities are up to you and can be done in your own time.
