Super Spread

 

Not only does this add a delicious crunch but it is also packed with nutritional benefits! This is such an easy way to boost your nutrient and mineral intake through simply adding in some beautiful seedy additions.

Super Spread

Servings: 1 Jar

Ingredients

½ cup Nut Butter* (I used Almond Butter)
1 tbsp GF Quick Oats (or rolled oats roughly chopped)
½ tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
½ tbsp Sunflower Seeds
½ tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Seeds

*To make nut free, substitute with tahini and
one tablespoon honey. 

Method

1.     Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a glass jar and cover with lid (add additional seeds as desired).

2.     Spread as you please (it’s delicious on some sliced sourdough or fruit like bananas & apples).
