Honey Mustard Tempeh

Okay so if you haven’t tried tempeh, now is the time do it!⁠
Or if you have tried it & didn’t quite like it, now is the time to retry it!⁠ 
Tempeh (fermented soybeans) is a great protein source as well as having probiotics to support gut health.
This honey mustard recipe makes it super tasty &
on a bed of salad, is soo delicious.⁠
I promise you’ll be going back for more!⁠

 
 

Servings: 2

Ingredients

Tempeh
2 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
300g Tempeh, cubed
2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger, grated
2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
½ Lime, juiced
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Salad
¼ Red Onion, sliced
1 cup Rocket
1 cup Spinach
8 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cucumber, sliced 

 
 

1.     Heat medium frying pan with oil and add tempeh. Cook until lightly browned, approximately 3 minutes. 

2.     Add the rest of the tempeh ingredients and cook for a further 3 minutes or until tempeh is coated and browned. 

3.     Serve on top of salad.
