Lemon & Thyme Baked Snapper

A burst of citrusy freshness and aromatic thyme come together to elevate this snapper dish to new heights of flavour.

This recipe is in collaboration with Butcher Crowd featuring their delicious wild caught snapper.

 
 

Servings: 2

Ingredients

2 x Wild Snapper Fillets
2 tsp Grass-Fed Butter
½ Lemon, cut into thinly sliced circles
4 sprigs Thyme
Salt & Pepper, sprinkled

Serving Suggestion:
Rice and fresh salad or roasted vegetables

 
 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. On a baking tray, place snapper fillets on top of a generous size of baking paper. Top with fillets with lemon, thyme and place butter on the very top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Fold in baking paper on all edges creating a sealed parcel.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through (this will depend on the thickness of your fillets).

  5. Plate and serve with your desired sides.
