Coconut & Medjool Date Bliss Balls

 

I love bliss balls but I do not love paying $2.50+ for one ball! Making your own is SO simple & SO much more cost effective.

Plus you can you use your own nourishing wholefood ingredients. This recipe uses five ingredients, how easy is that!?

Coconut & Medjool Date Bliss Balls

Servings: 20 Balls

Ingredients

4 Medjool Dates, pitted & chopped
1 cup GF Rolled Oats
1/3 cup Desiccated Coconut
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1 – 2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Cacao Powder

Method

1.     Pulse all ingredients together in a blender until combined (add more water if necessary, I only used 1 tbsp).

2.     Using a tablespoon scoop mixture and mould into balls with your hands. 

3.     Store in fridge. 

4.     Enjoy!
