Choc Protein & Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

 

Talk about texture! This is like scooping into a cloud. And you seriously can’t go past the rich chocolate flavour combined with drizzled peanut butter.

Now that’s how you start a morning!

Servings: 1

Ingredients

¼ cup Milk (I used Unsweetened Almond Milk)
½ Frozen Banana
1 cup Frozen Cauliflower, roughly chopped
1/3 cup Artisan Cacao Protein Powder
2 tsp Cacao Powder, optional (this will darken colour)

Toppings:
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Coconut Flakes
1 tsp Cacao Nibs

Method

1.     Add ingredients to blender and blitz to desired consistency, ensure not to over blend. 
A spatula may be needed whilst blending due to the thick consistency. 

2.     Serve with toppings.
