Cheeky Chickpea Avo Toast

Cheeky Chickpea Avo Toast

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 slice Bread (preferably good quality Gluten Free or Sourdough)
¼ Avocado, smashed
¼ cup Chickpeas
½ tsp Lemon Juice
¼ tsp Ground Turmeric 
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Black Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste

Method

1.     Panfry chickpeas in a frying pan on medium heat until lightly toasted, approximately 3 minutes. 

2.     Toast bread.

3.     Add spices to pan and toss for a further minute. 

4.     Top toast with avocado, lemon juice, chickpeas and sprinkle with excess spices.
