Carrot Cake without the Cake

This recipe uses a quick carrot cake dip to give you that indulgent moment without the effort!

 
Carrot Cake without the Cake
 

Servings: 4

Ingredients

250g Snackable Carrots
¼ cup Walnuts, roughly chopped & toasted
Honey, drizzled
Cinnamon, sprinkled

Carrot Cake Dip
250g Cream Cheese, at room temperature
2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
¼ tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg

 
 

Method

1.     To make carrot cake dip, beat the cream cheese, coconut sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg until combined (you can use an electric beater/whisk or food processer).

2.     Dip carrots into carrot cake dip, sprinkle with walnuts and top with honey and cinnamon.
