Black Bean Brownies

 

This takes brownies to a whole new level.
Who said beans don’t belong in brownies!?
I love these because they are packed with protein and are just rich deliciousness!

Servings: 12 Brownies

Ingredients

1 x 400g can Black Beans, rinsed & drained
3 Free-Range Eggs
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1/3 cup Rice Malt Syrup
1 tsp Baking Powder
¼ cup Dark Cacao Chocolate Chips 


Method

1.     Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 

2.     Blend all ingredients except for chocolate chips into a smooth consistency. 

3.     Pour mixture into a brownie tin.

4.     Sprinkle choc chips on top. 

5.     Bake for 25-30mins or until cooked through.
