Acai Antioxidant Smoothie

 

This smoothie is jam packed full of beautiful antioxidants which will fight free radicals in your body & help reduce inflammation. It will also give you the boost you need for the day with a sustained energy release!⁠ 

Acai Antioxidant Smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Almonds
100g Acai (I use a frozen Sambazon pack)
2 tsp Honey

Method

1.      Add ingredients to blender in order as listed.

2.     Blend to desired consistency.
