Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Strawberries

So I know cheesecake is fan fave, I mean who doesn’t love a cheesecake. BUT I can understand we don’t all have time to cook a cheesecake from scratch, so I’ve come up with a solution!

These Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Strawberries are superrrr easy to make and will definitely fix that cheesecake craving!

This recipe was made using Pure Vanilla Bean Protein Powder from Aus Natural Protein, this sweet treat is a must for your next dinner party dessert!

 
Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Strawberries
 

Servings: 16

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Macadamias, (soaked overnight or in boiling
water for at least 20 minutes)

½ cup Pure Vanilla Bean Protein Powder

1/3 cup Coconut Cream (alternatively cream cheese) 

½ Lemon, juice & zest

¼ cup Rice Malt Syrup

16 Strawberries (or as many as you like!) 

Desiccated Coconut, sprinkled

 
 

Method

  1. Prepare strawberries by cutting the top off and then cutting two slits creating a cross, ensuring not to hit the base (alternatively, cut the top off and use a paring knife to remove some of the strawberry filling, the strawberries will not stand up on their own so will need to be lied on their side). 

  2. Blitz macadamias, protein powder, cream, lemon and rice malt syrup in a blender until combined. 

  3. Add mixture to a piping bag (or use a spoon) and fill strawberries with mixture. Work quickly and place strawberries in freezer as soon as possible. 

  4. Allow to freeze for at least 10 minutes (to ensure filling does not melt!)

  5. Serve, sprinkle with coconut and enjoy straightaway!
