Tamari Nut & Seed Mix

If you have never heard of what the heck Tamari is, let me please introduce you. It is just gluten free soy sauce, which means it is free from wheat.

Nut and Seed mix is a fantastic snack option, particularly when you are busy and on the go. The healthy fats are a fantastic way to keep fuller for longer, or cross you over the line to your next meal.

Unfortunately, a lot of store bought nut and seeds are coated in inflammatory vegetable/seed oils or sugar.
This is a savoury option, that is just as delicious if not better!

Enjoy!
