Pulled Beef Brisket Burger with Slaw
This is the kind of meal at an American style diner I just have to have.
Slow cooked brisket is something else and paired with a healthy homemade slaw. Dee-lish!

Ingredients
700g Grass-Fed Beef Brisket
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
½ cup Good Quality BBQ Sauce
½ cup Water
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Salt
To serve:
1 Carrot, julienned
1 Spring Onion, chopped
¼ Red Cabbage, shredded
¼ White Cabbage, shredded
½ cup Coriander
2 tbsp Good Quality Mayonnaise
4 x Burger Buns
Method
Preheat oven to 130 degrees.
2. In a bowl combine garlic, BBQ sauce, water, paprika, onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt. Add brisket to a baking dish and spread sauce all over.
3. Cover dish with foil and bake in the oven for 6 hours, flipping halfway.
4. Once cooked, use two forks to shred and return to the baking dish, mix the pulled brisket into the sauce.
5. Combine carrot, spring onion, red cabbage, white cabbage, coriander and mayonnaise in a bowl. Set aside.
6. Assemble burger bun topping with pulled brisket and slaw.
