When I cbf cooking I always know I can whip up a random poke bowl.
Leftovers are perfect for this, raid your fridge and create a delicious combo using the formula below!

Shredded Cabbage
Cauliflower Rice

3 - Topping Options (feel free to do a quick pickle with some vinegar)

Chilli Lime (1 Lime juice & zest, ½ tsp chilli, 1 tbsp tamari)
Honey Soy (1 tbsp Honey, ½ tbsp tamari)

*Honey BBQ (2 tsp Honey, 1 tbsp good quality BBQ sauce)

Coconut Flakes
Crispy Shallots
Sesame Seeds
Nori Flakes/Seaweed Sheets chopped
*Crushed Nuts (like peanuts, walnuts or pistachios).
Method
1. Serve poke bowl with your selections. Start with the base, add protein, toppings, sauce and finally sprinkle your crunchy topper.
