Overnight Oats

 

Overnight Oats are a convenient yet super nutritious breakfast option.

This recipe is super adaptable, so feel free to substitute and add different flavours as you please!

I always love to top mine with seasonal fruit, delicious!

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/3 cup Rolled Oats
2/3 cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk (I used Almond Milk)
½ Banana, mashed
2 tsp Flax meal
¼ cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
Honey, optional topping
Top with your favourite seasonal fruit

Method

1.     Combine all ingredients in a jar (hint: ensure all ingredients are well combined and there isn’t a hard layer at the bottom).

2.     Seal and leave to set in fridge overnight.

3.     Once set, top with fruit & drizzle with honey!
