Mango Magic Smoothie

I used to love going to boost at my local shopping centre and I would always order a mango smoothie.
I never imagined how simple it was to make the drink of dreams at home by myself with a few whole food ingredients!

This recipe is in collaboration with my friends at Ninja Kitchen blitzing it in their blender!

Mango Magic Smoothie
 

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 cup Unsweetened Plant Based Milk (I used coconut)
3 tbsp Natural Yoghurt (I used coconut)
½ Mango, sliced
½ cup Frozen Cauliflower, optional
1 tbsp Cashews
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
¼ tsp Turmeric, optional

 
 

Method

1.     Blend all ingredients in blender to desired consistency.

2.     Slurp away!

Hint: Use frozen or fresh fruit and add ice as desired for a more refreshing drink.
