Grinch Smoothie

The festive recipes have arrived and I just had to
hit you with a classic green smoothie!

To add some additional protein,
add in your favourite protein powder.
Here’s to a healthy festive season!

Anyone a fan of the grinch?
Totally scared me as a kid :|

 
The Grinch Smoothie
 

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 cup Unsweetened Plant Based Milk (I used coconut)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Rolled Oats
¼ Avocado
1 cup Spinach
1 tsp Maple Syrup, optional
½ tsp Spirulina

Top with
1 tbsp Yoghurt (I used coconut)
Strawberries

 
 

Method

1.     Add ingredients to blender and blend to desired consistency.

2.     Top with toppings.
