Dragon Fruit Delight

 

When I want a refreshing boost for the day, this is my go to smoothie.
To ensure extra hydration, I have used Dragon Fruit (it contains roughly 80% moisture!)⁠.

Dragon Fruit

Servings: 1

Ingredients

½ cup Coconut Water
¼ Dragon Fruit, chopped
¼ Pineapple, chopped
1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil
4 Strawberries
1 serving Protein Powder

Method

1.     Add ingredients to blender in order as listed.

2.     Blend to desired consistency. 

 

Hint

Use frozen or fresh fruit and add ice as desired for a more refreshing drink.
