Servings: As a Side Dish

Ingredients

1 x 250g Snackable Carrots, cut thinly lengthways (I did three strips)
Paprika, sprinkled
Sea Salt, sprinkled
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled
Guacamole

 
 

Method

1.     Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking tray.

2.     Place carrots in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat.

3.     Lay carrots out on a baking tray and sprinkle with paprika and salt.

4.     Bake for 30 minutes or until crispy, flipping half way.

5.     Serve alongside guacamole.
