Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

SO, Cinnamon Roll Smoothies are legit the best way to start the day, especially leading up to xmas.

⁠The taste and smell of a cinnamon scroll in a smoothie is heavenly! I used GF Oats to fuel this smoothie, the full recipe can be found below. ⁠

Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1½ cups Soy Milk
½ Banana
2 tbsp Rolled Oats
1 serving Collagen Powder, optional
1 tbsp Yoghurt (I used coconut)
1 tsp Flax Seeds
1 tsp Maple Syrup
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

Method

1.     Add ingredients and blend to desired consistency.
