Choc Protein & Cauliflower Smoothie

Back working with my favourite protein brand
Aus Natural Protein Company

Many protein powders (among many other products) contain SOY lecithin which is used as an emulsifier and also to extend shelf-life... this is an ingredient that I avoid.

Here's why:
🤨Most likely sourced from GMO soy sprayed with glyphosate (round up pesticide).

🤨The extraction process of obtaining oil from the soy bean is chemical & uses harmful solvents like acetone (think nail polish) or benzene and hexane (toxic products).

🤨It is then dried and bleached (ew).

🤨The finished product of soy lecithin therefore contains pesticides, chemical solvents & soy protein too.

I always choose SUNFLOWER lecithin as chemical extraction is not necessary as it can be mechanically cold pressed. It is not as common as it's more pricey✔️

This protein powder uses sunflower lecithin in its products!

Also if you haven’t tried frozen cauliflower in a smoothie, then you are in for a creamy surprise! Enjoy!
