Chocolate Nut Clusters

I actually may be TOO obsessed with these!
These babies are such a great treat,
they are nutrient dense (with good quality fats)
keeping you fuller for longer!
Feel free to play around with different nut combos,
but my go-to is:
Raw Cashews, Raw Pistachios & Slivered Almonds

Servings: 10 Clusters

Ingredients

¼ cup (35g) Unsalted Raw Cashews
¼ cup (35g) Unsalted Raw Pistachios
¼ cup (35g) Slivered Almonds
½ cup Cacao Powder
½ cup Almond Butter
½ cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
¼ cup Maple Syrup

Method

1.     Roughly chop cashews and pistachios.

2.     Combine all nuts in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

3.     In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients (cacao powder, almond butter, coconut oil & maple syrup). Stir on a low heat.

4.     Once all ingredients are melted, gradually pour mixture into the nuts (gradually add the chocolate sauce, as you may find you have some left over, which you can indulge in as you wish!)

5.     Mix thoroughly, coating the nuts.

6.     Spoon mixture in teaspoon dollops into a container (I used a small silicone muffin baking tray).

7.     Place into fridge and allow to set for 30 mins.
