Chilli Miso Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled
250g Grass-Fed Stir-Fry Beef
1 Red Chilli, thinly sliced
½ Broccoli, cut into florets
8 Green Beans, sliced
2 Spring Onions, thinly sliced
½ Capsicum, sliced
1 Zucchini, peeled into ribbons or spiralised
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Chilli Miso Paste
¼ cup White Miso
2 tbsp Water
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1cm Ginger, minced
½ tsp Chilli Flakes
¼ tsp Ground Turmeric

 
 

Method

1.     Combine miso, water, garlic, ginger, chilli and turmeric in a bowl. Stir through beef and allow to marinade in the fridge for ideally at least an hour (no time? Just cook straight away!).

2.     Heat a wok on a medium heat and drizzle olive oil.

3.     Add beef, cooking until partially browned, approximately 2 minutes.

4.     Add chilli, broccoli and cook for a further 2 minutes.

5.     Add beans, spring onion and capsicum and cook until vegetables have softened.

6.     Stir through zucchini ribbons and sesame seeds. Once heated proceed to serve.
