Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 x 400g can Cannellini Beans, rinsed & drained
2 Free-Range Eggs
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Rice Malt Syrup
1 tsp Baking Powder
¼ cup Dark Cacao Chocolate Chips 


Method

1.     Preheat oven to 180 degrees conventional. 

2.     Blend all ingredients except for chocolate chips into a smooth consistency. 

3.     Pour into brownie tin.

4.     Sprinkle choc chips on top. 

5.     Bake for 25-30mins.
