Baked Vanilla Bean Proats

 

Cozy up on these winter morning with these protein baked oats or.. Proats!

This is honestly like having a cake for breakfast but it’s still full of nutritious ingredients to kickstart and fuel your day.

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 Banana
1/3 cup Pure Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
1/3 cup Rolled Oats
1/3 cup Milk (I used coconut milk)
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Pecans, roughly chopped
Yoghurt, optional topping ⁠

Method

1.     Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a small baking ramekin.

2.     Blitz all ingredients in a blender except pecans until combined.

3.     Pour into a baking dish, stir through pecans and bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

4.     Serve dolloped with yoghurt.
